- Please ensure that a valid form of identification is presented upon check-in (ID card or Driver’s License for Vietnamese guests. Passport with a valid visa for entry and exit for foreign guests). We need to make a copy for Police Registration.
- The hotel shall not be responsible for any of your Valuable Belongings or Money not kept in the room Safety Box or at the Reception Desk.
- The following items are prohibited in the hotels: Weapons, Explosives, Inflammable Items, Narcotizes (Drug), Prohibited Goods, Pets, Bulging Assets. Bad smells and objects emitting strong odors such as Durian (Fruits) is also Prohibited.
- It is not allowed to hang the clothes at balcony.
- Our hotel enforces a strictly non-smoking policy. Electronic cigarettes are also forbidden to this section. If smoking is found that would be claimed damages to the hotel due to deodorization.
- Food delivery or bringing in of food from outside the hotel is not allowed.
- Please make sure to Lock the door and leave the room key at the reception or Secure the Key by yourself when you are going out.
- If you discover a Fire in the hotel, please immediately alert all Neighboring people and follow the Fire-Fighting instruction.
- When you have Visitors and if they need to go to your room, all of them MUST register at the Reception Desk.
- Please do not use the bedrooms as Conference room or Exhibition Hall etc. Please do NOT move the furniture and equipment from one room to another. Guests will be liable to indemnify the hotel at current prices for any losses, breakages or damages cause to these assess.
- Please do not interchange rooms or let other customers use their rooms or share it with more people. In special case, please talk to our Front Desk.
- Check Out Time is 12 o’clock at noon. Long-staying customers are required to settle all the bills once every week.

1. Remove the water tank, fill it with cold water (maximum 600ml), close the cover, and place the tank back into the machine, ensuring it is properly fitted.
2. Plug the machine into a power socket.
3. Place an espresso cup on the drip tray.
4. Open the lever, insert a capsule into the capsule window, the close the lever securely.
5. Slide the Cup Volume/Timer to the left until the indicator light turns red.
6. Wait until the indicator light changes from red to white. Slide the Cup Voulme/Timer to position 2 for espresso (approximately 30ml) and position 3 for lungo (approximately 60ml). The coffee will automatically flow from the nozzle, and the Cup Volume/Timer will return to its initial after brewing.
