Participation Requirements
To ensure the safety of all participants, guests must meet the following requirements:
- Age: 12–55 years old
- Height: 1.2 m – 1.9 m
- Weight: 35 kg – 100 kg
(*) Guests who do not meet the required age, height, or weight criteria will not be permitted to participate.
Safety Guidelines
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all participants are required to comply with the following regulations:
- Wear appropriate clothing; wet clothing is not permitted.
- Long hair must be securely tied back before participating.
- Remove or securely store personal belongings that may fall during the activity, including mobile phones, glasses, watches, jewelry, and other accessories.
- Wear the safety harness correctly throughout the entire experience.
- Do not tamper with or remove any safety equipment.
- Participate only after completing the mandatory safety briefing provided by the operating staff.
- Follow all instructions given by the operating staff throughout the experience.
- Only one guest is permitted on each Zipline course at any given time.
Guests Who Are Not Eligible to Participate
For safety reasons, the following guests are not permitted to participate in the Zipline activity:
- Guests with heart disease or high blood pressure.
- Guests with musculoskeletal disorders.
- Guests with a fear of heights.
- Pregnant women.
- Guests with injuries.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances.
